1.Introduction of Ginkgo Biloba Extract
Ginkgo extract (Ginkgo Biloba Extract, GBE) refers to the active substances extracted from ginkgo, containing total ginkgo flavonoids, ginkgolides, and other compounds.
It has effects such as dilating blood vessels, protecting vascular endothelial tissue, regulating blood lipids, protecting low-density lipoprotein, inhibiting PAF (platelet-activating factor), preventing thrombosis, and scavenging free radicals.

2.Main Production Way of Ginkgo Biloba Extract
(1) Take ginkgo leaves, crush them, and extract them by refluxing with dilute ethanol.
(2) Combine the extracts, recover the ethanol, and concentrate to an appropriate volume.
(3) Apply the concentrated extract to a pretreated macroporous adsorption resin column, elute sequentially with water and ethanol of different concentrations, and collect the corresponding eluates.
(4) Recover the ethanol, then either spray dry the solution; or recover the ethanol, concentrate it into a thick paste, vacuum dry, and crush to obtain the final product.
