Main Production Way of Milk Thistle Extract(1)Prepare Seeds: Milk thistle seeds are cleaned, dried, and mechanically crushed or flaked.
(2)Defat (Optional): The crushed seeds are often defatted using a non-polar solvent (like hexane) to remove oils, which helps improve extraction efficiency.
